Please note that the delivery time of remote regions will be delayed for 5-10 days, and due to the COVID-19 logistics policy and shipping and delivery time may be delayed, we will notify you by email when it happens ASAP.
Agelocer will choose the most suitable shipping method. Please make sure that you provide the correct contact information and shipping address as they are very important for delivery. Please note that the delivery time does not include delays caused by holidays, natural disasters, carriers, etc.
For orders amount over $100 worldwide, the shipping fee is free.
As each country has its own set of rules, regulations, and taxes for importing, customers, rather than Agelocer, will assume the taxes on principle, as these are the customers' countries' rules.
Tracking Your Order
After your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email or SMS containing the tracking number by Agelocer. If you didn't receive the email, please check your junk mailbox.
Inspection And Sign
As Agelocer products are usually quite valuable, please inspect the package upon receiving them. Don’t sign the delivery or open the box when it's chipped or damaged. In these situations, please contact Agelocer Customer services.
After you (or somebody else on your benefit ) sign for your product, Agelocer will consider this your approval of the package, amount, and merchandise. To protect your rights, you’re highly suggested to take a complete unboxing video and inspect the items in line with the packing list. If items are damaged or missing, please get Agelocer Customer Service within 24 hours after you receiving package so we can solve the issue immediately.
